While Crowne Communities is building your new home, you will participate by taking care of several very important aspects of your purchase. PURCHASING YOUR HOME

You will receive the Purchase Agreement and Addendums upon purchasing your home. These documents comprise the legal understanding regarding the purchase of your new home. Please read the Purchase Agreement and all attachments carefully. We will assist you with any questions you may have.

APPLYING FOR YOUR LOAN

Once the Purchase Agreement has been signed, arranging the details for financing is next. To assist you, we suggest a lender that we have had good experience with in the past. We do require that you at least pre-qualify for the financing with this particular lender, but we do not prohibit you from using any other lender of your choice.
